Good day.  Last year’s use of PayPal was a GRAND success.  Due to this huge convenience factor, we will again allow PayPal to be used for the 2008 National, with just a minor tweak here or there.

There will be 2 methods of payment this year, for all of your pre-payment needs, for the 2008 National Specialty. 

•  You may either pay via PayPal or
• You may pay with a check to:

If you pay via PayPal, please consider adding a donation to your payment and either email the completed registration form to Pfabulus@mchsi.com or fax the completed registration form to 515-864-0086. 

If you want to pay via check, you will need to mail your check and a copy of the registration form to Linda Strike, the HCA Treasurer and either mail the registration form to Laura Pfab at 1606 Crabapple Ln, Granger, IA  50109; email the completed registration form to Laura at Pfabulus@mchsi.com; or fax the registration form to 515-864-0086.

The PayPal donation suggestion is below:

•  Payment up to $100 = $3.50
• Payment from $101 – 150 = $5.00
• Payment from $151 – 200 = $6.50
• Payment from $201 – 250 = $8.00
• Payment from $251 – 300 = $9.50
• Payment above $300 = $11.00

Without the donation, there is a financial burden on the club treasury. I appreciate your understanding.

This year we also request, that if you use PayPal, to fill out the short description, in PayPal, of what you are paying for.  This is a huge help to me, as I try and match up payments with registration forms.  This is especially critical when we have the same person sending in multiple registration forms and using multiple payments (and payment methods).  Doing this is just FINE, but adding some notable item about your payment in the description field makes it easier to match up the payment with the registration form.
