Due to cost restraints, the editor of the Hotline has had to implement a new Local Club news policy, which follows. The HavHappenings column (with one black and white photo per item if applicable) will remain the same. Due to printing costs, the following policy will apply to all local club news.

If a local club places a paid ad (at the regular rate) for a specialty, they will get like coverage of their event.  If they place a full page color ad, they can have up to a full page of color pictures and report.  They get a black and white half page at no charge, and if they place that ad, they will get a half page black and white report with pictures for no charge.
